Sacked!

A few days after he presented a much criticized nine months performance by his office to the House of Peoples’ Representatives, Justice Minister Berahn Hailu was sacked on Friday May 10^th from his position as a minister in a letter written by Prime Minister Hailemariam Desalgen. Insiders say Berhan Hailu, a former minister at a dissolved Ministry of Information, was one of the few senior party officials who have been harshly criticized for incompetence during the 9^th congress of the Ruling EPRDF held in mid March 2012 in Bahir Dar city.
